1. Welcome

By placing an order for a book from Elizabeth Pearson ("we," "us," "our"), you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them before you buy. If you don't agree, please don't place an order.

These terms are offered by Elizabeth Pearson Coaching, LLC, which operates elizabethpearsonbooks.com.

2. What We Sell

We sell signed and personalized print copies of books written by Elizabeth Pearson. Each book is signed by hand, and personalized copies are inscribed for the name you provide. Because of this, every order is prepared individually and in small batches.

3. Orders, Pricing, and Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change at any time before you place your order. Payment is due in full at checkout. Applicable sales tax and shipping costs are shown before you complete your purchase.

We may decline or cancel an order if a book is out of stock, if there is a pricing error, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order, we will refund any amount you paid.

4. Personalization Requests

Please double-check the spelling of any name or message before you submit your order. We inscribe exactly what you provide, and we can't change an inscription once it's written.

We reserve the right to decline any personalization request we find inappropriate. If we do, we'll contact you to offer a signed copy or a full refund.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Because each book is signed by hand, please allow 5-9 business days for your order to ship. Delivery times after that depend on the carrier and your location.

You are responsible for providing a correct shipping address. We are not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address you provided, or for packages lost or stolen after the carrier marks them as delivered.

6. All Sales Are Final

All sales are final. Signed and personalized books are prepared by hand just for you and can't be resold, so we're unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order is placed.

Damaged or incorrect orders: If your book arrives damaged, misprinted, or isn't what you ordered, email us at support@elizabethpearson.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and a photo, and we'll send a replacement.

7. Intellectual Property

Buying a book gives you ownership of that physical copy. It does not give you any rights to the book's content. All text, images, and other material in the books and on this website belong to Elizabeth Pearson or her publishers and are protected by copyright. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute them without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our books are offered for personal reading and reflection. They are not a substitute for professional legal, medical, financial, or mental health advice.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim related to your order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
